ResearchI participate in research because we don’t know enough about how to promote mental health among young people or about how effective treatments work. I conduct research on depression relapse among adolescents and how to use cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce the habit of rumination. Read more about my research here. I currently see clinical trial patients through the University of Utah.

"Dr Jacobs was referred to us about a year ago when my daughter began struggling with anxiety. I can't say enough about how much she has helped us through some significant challenges. She has been absolutely incredible to work with and my daughter has benefitted from their sessions tremendously (as have I). She is professional while also being empathetic and compassionate. She always makes herself available if issues arise between sessions. Dr Jacobs clearly loves her work and is dedicated to helping others. I am so grateful we have the opportunity to work with her!"
